Thank you for volunteering your time & sharing your expertise & experience as
a L2L Trainer.

In this portal, you will find helpful resources and information to help you in the program.

L2L Program Roles and Responsibilities

Meet to discuss the parameters of the L2L program in the school School Questionnaire  School Coordinator & Trainer

Inform parents about the program and obtain permission to participate (where applicable) Parent Permission Letters  (online resource) School Coordinator  
Deliver Tutor training (2-3 sessions) Tutor Manuals (;  Trainer Training Activities (  Trainer  
Deliver Tutoring sessions  (minimum of 10 hours tutoring) Tutor Manuals; Other resources as determined by the school Tutors 
Facilitate review sessions with Tutors (3 sessions) Tutor Training Manuals; Tutor Journal Trainer 
Administer all surveys for Tutors Evaluation Package ( and  Trainer 
Create certificates for all Tutors Certificate request form School Coordinator; Trainer; Program Manager 
Host an event to celebrate the achievements of participating students and distribute certificates to Tutors and Peers The school’s faculty, principal, board administration, parents School Coordinator 

While you are meeting with the School Coordinator and reviewing the School Questionnaire, or at another time, you will need to schedule a few important dates for the program that require your attendance: 

Tutor training sessions
First tutoring session
Review sessions
Additional Trainer visits
Final celebration

Tutors and Peers will need to complete their L2L Surveys online.
